Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah, oh man I seriously love this too much! Your style works so great for him, Rick looks LOVELY in this. Seriously I love the way you drew him, his expression and silly proportions and his face and goooosh *squeaky babbling noises*
Everyone, go check out breebird33's stuff! Also check out her comic Patrik The Vampire, it’s really good and probably one of my favorite vampire comics out there.

Hurt might be an understatement.

Unfortunately for the kids, Rick is a villain and he’s going to stay a villain.

Is it just me, or does Richard seriously remind me of Miguel from The Road to El Dorado? But l like, with laid back hair too? (And those fluffy dangley things, they're odd)

Thaaaat’s a comparison I’ve never heard before, hahaha! Can’t say I see it myself bu-

Oh wait, you mean Tulio? Yeah, I can see what you’re saying, they’ve both got those longpointy faces.

Yelling at a bunch of kids to treat their pet vampire better might not be the greatest idea when those kids have the power to control said vampire.

Oh my gosh! You drew my little green bean~ I love your art so much. Your art is the kind I strive towards. I'm fairly new to digital art honestly so do you have any tips other than practice?

Aww, thank you! That’s sweet of you and I’m glad I can be an inspiration!

For digital stuff specifically, I would say memorize and make a bunch of keyboard shortcuts and make use of them often! It seems like a minor thing, but it greatly reduces the amount of time you spend drawing in the long run. Being able to change brushes, make new layers and switch tools with the press of a single key is extremely useful and I always draw with my left hand on the keyboard nowadays because it speeds up the drawing process so much.

Drawing at at least double the intended size of the picture is good, too! The majority of my nice linearted drawings are usually enormous, and then resized to something more reasonable before uploading.

(Also if you got Sai, make use of the Stabilizer/Smoothing! Specifically the S- settings. It does wonders for lineart!)

Awww! I like it! That’s so cute!

I maaaay have jumped the gun a bit with starting to draw with my right hand, started hurting after only ten minutes. Maybe tomorrow will be better?

I think I’m getting the hang of drawing with my left hand! And just in time for the right one to heal. I guess it’s a useful skill to have, though!
